Hey, you can return a product to us within 7 (Seven days) from the day it was delivered to you. Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days of delivery. If 7 days have passed since you received your delivery , we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Product that can be returned are eligible for a exchange/replacement or a refund for the amount paid may be claimed by you.

A return is allowed only
1. If you had received a product different from what ordered.
2. If you had received a damaged or broken product.
3. If the product is not functioning as it was described or supposed to do.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
1. Antivirus Key and Other Licenced key supplied to you in electronic means can not be returned.

If your return is approved, a return pickup will be initiated by us and courrier agent will pickup the product back from you. Exchange of product or refund of amount will be initiated after the product is reached to us and product verification is completed.

A refund of money will be credited to the original payment method and usually takes 1 to 3 business days from product get back to us and verified.
