We ship ordered products normally through india post. Any one can track the order status with the link https://www.indiapost.gov.in/_layouts/15/dop.portal.tracking/trackconsignment.aspx using the consignment number sent to customer through SMS, Whatsapp and email. Apart from that consignment number can be found from the order list of customer www.itcareonline.com account with the link https://www.itcareonline.com/my-account/orders/. We also use other domestic courier in some cases.
We ship the ordered products same working day we receive the order from the customer. We provide the consignment number, order tracking link and the courier details for the ordered to the customer same day through SMS, WhatsApp and email. Generally it takes 3 to 4 days for the customer to receive the consignment or the ordered products. In some cases for remote areas of india it may takes one week to 10 days to deliver the order.
