Refund and Returns Policy

By using this Website or ordering Products, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by this Agreement and all terms and conditions on this Website. 
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days of delivery. If 7 days have passed since you received your delivery , we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
1. Antivirus Key and Other Licenced key supplied to you in electronic means can not be returned.
2. Gift cards
3. Downloadable software products, Licence and Product Keys can't be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You can apply for refund request to return a product by login into your itcareonline account and clicking on refund button on your orders page within 7 days of your delivery. You will see your order status chaged to "Refund Requested". Wait for your order requested staus is replaced by "Refund Approved" and a mail will be send to you with " YOUR REFUND REQUEST HAS BEEN APPROVED. YOU CAN SEND YOUR PRODUCT BACK TO US". If your refund request is not accepted reason will be intimated by order message and email with "YOUR REFUND REQUEST HAS BEEN CANCELLED" and order status will be changed to "Refund Cancelled". In such cases your request to refund will not be processed.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, debit card UPI or any others meaqns from which the payment was initiated or original method of payment, within 48 hours of acceptance of your returned goods.  Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
